Motivating
1. A weekly breakfast between employees
Each week, every wednesday the group of employees who are working on the morning shift will have the opportunity to share a breakfast before starting work.

2. Monthly breakfast with bosses to share ideas and suggestions
For our company it is important to know what employees have to say, that is why, every month will be separed one day for all employees of the company to share a breakfast with the bosses to create a brainstorming to know the performance of the company and to discuss good things and things to improve, in order to create in the employees a mentality of participation and innovation.

3. Casual day once a month
Once a month employees will have the opportunity to go to work casually dressed.

4. The best improvement proposal will be rewarded
The employee who gives the best idea to improve the service and the attention in the company, will receive a recognition which will distinguish them from their peers.
