ENERGY CONSERVATION
The country was been increasing it politics looking forward environment care and conservation, by for example programs and campaigns for the conservation of energy. In 2016 was signed the decree 113 on March 16 which says: "By means of which transient measures and environmental guidelines are established to promote the saving of electric energy in the city of Bogotá."
Some examples about this rule
Transitional Measures. Establish as transitional measures, the following:
Restrict lighting in commercial tubular fences, from 08:00 pro and until 6:00 a.m.
Restrict the lighting of minor announcements, from 08:00 p.m. and until 6:00 a.m.
Look for work schedules that take advantage of natural lighting.
Loss of participation the residential sector went from 50% in 1990 to 36% in 2012, while in the commercial sector it went from 10% to 26%
