The policies that the government have to protect the environment

Article 48.- In compliance with the rules on atmospheric emissions, the Ministry of Health may:
A) Require the change, modification or addition of the elements that, in their opinion, contribute to improving the quality of downloads from mobile sources;
B) Prevent the circulation of mobile sources, when by the characteristics of the model, fuel or any factor, there is the possibility of being inoperative any corrective measure;
C) Condition the circulation of mobile sources, when necessary, in accordance with the atmospheric and urban characteristics of the transit zones;
D) To prevent the transit of mobile sources whose operating characteristics produce noises, either directly or by removal of some mechanical part.
Article 3 - Content. The environmental license will contain:
1. The identification of the natural or legal person, public or private to whom the project, work or activity is authorized, indicating the name, company name, identity document and address.
2. Location and description of the project, work or activity.
3. Considerations and motivations that have been taken into account for the granting of the environmental license.
4. Term of the environmental license.
5. Indication of each and every one of the requirements, conditions and obligations that the environmental license beneficiary must meet and fulfill.
6. The consequences of non-compliance with the requirements, conditions and obligations
imposed on the beneficiary of the environmental license, in accordance with the law and regulations.

The importance of this pollution controls for our company is that as we are making a moving food store we have to have conscience to take care of the environment and not to abuse the use of gasoline.
