It’s how people feel about retirement
In Colombia the age for retirement is 62 for men, 57 for women and 70 for forced retirement.
The greatest fear is that people don’t have expenses plans but it can also be seen as an educational opportunity.

We as a company have the responsibility to remove that fear form people of lacking money when they retire by giving them retirement plans since early jobs.
