Average level of education

Is the level of education a population acquires it can go from primary education to superior education.

“According to UNESCO data, the net rate of secondary education was 41% in 2013 and only 30% of young people move to higher education. The OECD also argues that public spending by students in Colombia is very low when compared to the countries of that Organization, especially for secondary and higher education. 36% of the young people between 15 and 19 do not receive any formal education, that is, we exclude them from any possibility of development.”

Although there is a great amount of the population that doesn’t get to a higher education, it is an increasing number of young people who graduates for higher education, these mean more qualified labor force in the long term.
