Use of birth control

The birth control are policies that governments impose to control the growth of the population.

Even thou that Colombia doesn’t have explicit birth control policies there has been a reductions in its growth, from 3% in the 60´s to almost a 1% population growing, due to the changes in the women role, the authorization of aborts for some cases and the use of more contraceptive methods.

This trend in the reduction of the growth in the population can be dangerous if it keeps that way, as we can see what’s happening in china, Europe and Canada and their need for more childbirth, it can reduce the labor force to a non-sustainable situation.
