LOBBYING ACTIVITIES
According to Wilmar Polo, Lobbying is "the activity - remunerated or not - whose objective is to promote, defend or represent any legitimate interest of an individual, sectoral or institutional nature, in relation to any decision that Should take public authorities." It corresponds to the democracy that allow citizens to exercise their right to organize around their interests and to represent them, individually or collectively, to the political authority.

The Congress of Colombia is in default, the exercise of lobbying by means of a law that allows to establish norms of the activity and to facilitate the public knowledge of its actions.
Its important to our company that Colombia will regulate Lobbying because it protects the political equality by the activities that makes the other firms or a person that has a significant influence in others. also we can defend of public authorities in case that we pass by unfair acts.
