13. Antitrust legislation

Antitrust legislations are laws that prevent unfair and anti-competitive practices.
The article 333 of the National Constitution refers to the right of everyone for free economic competition, and the free economic activity and private initiative. These legislations prevents Undertakings, abuse of dominant position, anticompetitive agreements and some special unilateral acts made by corporations. All the economic integrations that don’t reflect an increase in cost efficiency.  

 
This laws protect us and give us the opportunity to enter the market, make our competitor respect our business idea and have a healthy competition in the market.
