12. Level of government subsidies

The government offers to the small and medium business (PYMES) different financial sources, at low prices and with the backup of the National guarantee fund. These are the principal financial sources for Colombian PYMES
FOMIPYME: 
Its main objective is the modernization and technological development of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises through the co-financing of programs, projects and activities for its technological development. 
Services: Business creation - Support to productive small businesses - Technological and productive development - Market access and marketing - Innovation in SMEs.
FINDETER – ACOPI
The Financing of Territorial Development S.A - FINDETER, the Colombian Association of Medium and Small Industries - ACOPI and the National Guarantee Fund - FNG signed on March 18, 2004, a Strategic Alliance Agreement in order to encourage generation Of investment initiatives related to the PYME business sector.
FONADE
Services: Business diagnosis for innovation and reconversion - Implementation of industrial reconversion projects - Implementation of new technologies - Comprehensive technical assistance for industrial conversion processes - Business modernization projects seeking international marketing
National Guarantee Fund (FNG)
The function of this entity is to support credits to the financial system, which have been granted to finance projects led by natural or legal persons, up to a percentage of this.

Services: The items and amounts to be financed vary according to the entity to which the credit is requested and the line of credit itself.

BANCOLDEX
Services: Credit for Micro, small and medium enterprises that submit credit applications under the special credit quota "Support to Productivity and Competitiveness" - "aProgresar" Program.
Banking of opportunities:
The Opportunity Banking Network is the banks, commercial financing companies, cooperatives, NGOs, and family compensation funds, which are responsible for extending their coverage and bringing financial services to the underserved population.


Tradicional Bank sector:
Almost every bank have especial offers for financial loans for MIPYMES

The government also offers discounts of Parafiscal payments for some PYMES, this is the discount.
 

Also the BID (Banco interamericano de desarrollo) Offers funding and technical assistance to trade associations, nongovernmental organizations, foundations, public sector agencies and financial institutions to support projects that benefit microenterprises, entrepreneurs and small businesses through its 26 member countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. The IDB Group does not directly fund microenterprises.

This is a really good opportunity for Green Road because it give us many opportunities to finance our futures projects for the company and to receive discounts for our entrepreneurship.
