Organizational culture

We believe the organizational culture is one of the most distinct characteristics of our company, because it influences al around our mission. In this terms, through our culture we intended to reflect what we are and what we want to give to our customers, through the way how employees work, how they interact with each other and of course the experience that is provided to the customer in our truck.

 

Therefore, here are some examples of our cultural products to influence stakeholders as well and the organizational's performance.

Rites:

  • Once a month the idea is to develop a breakfast with all employees at the company, with the aim of hear somo new possible ideas to take into accountto carry them out as innovations of truck. This meeting will be called "Employee´s Books"

Language:

  • The employees use a formal and friendly language with the customers. always smiling attending to all the customers questions, recommending products and benefits, but keaping the correct distance between customers and employees.
